Your Hand-feeding setup should look almost identical to the one below, for the
most success!!! Coining the phrase, " if it ain't broke, don't fix it " ! Variations of the setup below, are acceptable if you are
and ADVANCED hand-feeder. If you are not, it is absolutely crucial that you use the set-up below in order to prevent
feeding issues with your cockatiel babies.
From Left to Right: biotherm,
wooden stir stick, baby dropper, 2X 4oz glass measuring cups, 2 small mixing bowls (only one plastic one is shown. both, however
should be plastic to prevent burning your hands with glass ones), measuring apparatus (1 oz OR 2 tablespoon) from hand feeding
formula. (If a measuring apparatus was not provided in your handfeeding formula, then use 2 tablespoons to measure your
handfeeding formula). Lastly, your handfeeding formula.
First, place both glass 4 oz measuring
cups into one of the two mixing bowls. As shown below.

As you can see,(both to the right, and below) one gallon of distilled water has been added into to the photo.

the FRONT 4 oz glass measuring cups (as shown to the right).
